POSITION: Housekeeping Supervisor
SALARY: 10,000 AED plus accommodation and food depending on experience and qualifications

AVAILABILITY: 1-month
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Female, 30 years old and above

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or any relevant certifications
At least 5 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role
Experience working form a VIP Family would be an added advantage

Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks

Excellent organizational and team management skills
Excellent communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
Respond efficiently and effectively to all housekeeping related incidents
Has the ability to manage a team of housekeepers effectively
Ability to keep cleaning supplies and equipment stocked according to a budget
Meet with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues
