Essential qualification : Ph.D. (in Zoology) or First Class M.Sc in Zoology with research experience in entomology . Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis and are waiting for viva voce may also apply. Candidate should be well versed with entomology museum specimen collection and handling. The candidate applying for Research Associate ship must have at least one research publication in standard referred journal as listed
in journal Citation Reports(JCR)
Desirable 1.Experience in Insect Taxonomy
2.Experience in handling entomology museum specimen.
Fellowship : Rs. 36,000/- per month
Age : As on 01.01.2020, 36 years. Age relaxation of five years in the case of scheduled caste/scheduled tribe candidates and three years in the case of other backward communities as per government rules will be given.
2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
