Role Summary
1. Release and UAT coordination for WS Clarity/Clarify/SAP releases
2. Preparation and execution of test plans
3. User training and walkthroughs
4. Coordination with RTS for issue resolution and release deployment
5. Creation and updating user manuals
6. Responsible for making and executing Project plans and revises them when required and if appropriate.
7. Act as an interface between Business and development teams and ensure desirable, appropriate and effective development and delivery of the software.
8. Management reporting and escalation as and when required.
9. Responsible for Co-Ordination with end users and RTS developers for WS Projects
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
